What does my rental include?
We offer all in pricing! Aside from lots of fun of course, each bouncy castle rental includes delivery within 20 KM of Mineville N.S, set-up and removal at the agreed upon time and taxes. We are fully insured with Special Risk Insurance as well as inspected and registered with the Nova Scotia Department of Labor and conform strictly to their standards. We include 100ft of 12/3 gauge extension cord per blower. A regular 15A breaker is required for each blower. We can provide a generator at an additional cost if needed. We deep clean and sanitize before and after each rental with anti-bacterial cleaners that leave our units sparkly and smelling fresh every time.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes! We require 3 days notice if you choose to cancel once confirmation of booking is complete. We understand that weather can change quickly here in Nova Scotia so we currently follow the Government of Nova Scotia weather forecast (found here https://weather.gc.ca/city/pages/ns-19_metric_e.html) and reserve the right to reschedule the rental if heavy rain or wind gusts over 40 KM's are predicted. We will be in contact with you the day before or morning of the rental to discuss your options. If we are forced to cancel your event due to the weather, your deposit can be put towards another day of your choosing (pending availability) within one year. Don't forget, bouncers can be set-up inside halls, gyms, churches and community centers too!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept e-transfers, cash, and cheque (from a verified company). We require a $50 non-refundable deposit to reserve your booking with full payment due upon delivery.
How much space do I need?
While each bouncer is a different size, we require at least 5 ft clearance on all sides for safety purposes and so the blowers have room to function properly. Units can be set-up inside or outside. When you book we will review your intended location and let you know if your requested unit will fit properly. SAFETY FIRST!
